You will join an experienced international and passionated team dedicated to the green transition through developing impactful lasting products to propel the advance of renewable energy. On top of the physical energy storage products and battery packs, the XOLTA offering consists of a cloud-based platform for energy optimization, reseller support functions and end user interface to the products.

About the role. As a Project Manager R&D at Xolta, you will lead and coordinate launching of new products from concept to implementation. Collaborating closely with the R&D team, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards. We take pride in delivering products that are premium both form a technical and user perspective. Our projects can have many different shapes but often includes dimensions of several disciplines of engineering including, battery technology, electrical, electronics, mechanical and full stack software.

General responsibilities for you to drive and own.

• Develop and execute project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for product development.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Effectively communicate project objectives, progress, and challenges to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met without compromising quality.
• Uphold quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with teams to ensure optimal testing and validation.
• Collaborate with senior engineers/managers to engage with customers, addressing product specification requirements, schedule expectations, and budget.

Experience/Qualifications for the ideal candidate. The ideal applicant will have most of the qualifications below:

• Technical bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in product development or R&D environment.
• Strong understanding of clean energy technologies and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
