AMI Elementary Guide (6–12)
Our international Montessori community is growing
We are seeking a qualified AMI 6–12 Guide with experience in an international school environment and a strong commitment to inclusive, authentic Montessori practice.
The environment
Our school serves a diverse and dynamic community where:
-Children may join or leave during the whole school year
-Many children do not have prior Montessori experience
-There is a high level of neurodiversity and additional learning needs
-English is not always the primary home language
-Many families are new to Montessori, need guidance and collaboration
The ideal candidate
-Holds an AMI Elementary (6–12) diploma
-Has experience in an international and multicultural setting
-Is confident creating structure and continuity in changing circumstances
-Communicates clearly and compassionately with families
-Values collaboration and reflective practice
-Supports inclusion while maintaining the integrity of Montessori pedagogy
